The offer of the restaurant Sorrento Grand buffet, whose main idea is a healthy diet is never the same, because its composition is governed by the season and the current offer of fresh produce from suppliers of meat, fish, vegetables and fruits.

Old Times Night Bar (56 seats)
The pleasant historical interior of the Old Times Night bar, filled with tones of live music, the flames of the fire in the fireplace, a rich selection of common and rare drinks and a unique atmosphere, all this invites for an evening with friends over a glass of cognac or a cocktail.
Bon Soir Café (28 seats)
To take a coffee we recommend a visit at the 'Bon Soir Café'. Here we serve fantastic sorts of coffee and tea for relaxation and enjoyment. Also delicious snacks for the appetite in between are served here.
Lobby Bar (24 seats)

Treatments
The Hotel offers an extensive choice of treatments and relaxational programs on a space of over 3 500 m2. Guests who come for medical diagnostic programs and medical assistance for weight loss are in the very best and professional hands at the Carlsbad Clinic. Various health and cure treatments are provided by the Medical Spa Gallery. Three specialized physicians work in the Hotel to ensure a daily treatment to our guests. For massages, relaxation and well being we recommend a visit in the beauty salon "Magic Charm" or at the Thai Massages, both located in the Carlsbad Clinic.
The Wellnessland welcomes guests who like to enjoy the swimming pool, the 7 different saunas and the 4 pools as well as the 'Relaxgarten' equipped with heated water beds.
The unique treatment complex Medical Spa Gallery takes advantage of the traditional procedures as well as of the natural mineral water treatments. The tradition of Karlovy Vary spa cures in Balneology Centers uses the best technological equipment. The professional team assists the guests dealing with daily stress symptoms, diverse diseases, digestive and locomotor system illnesses, diabetes mellitus, glands and upper airway diseases. A wide selection is offered including spa treatments and modern procedures to improve the state of health.
The Spa Suites we meet the highest standards of care and spa care for clients while at the same time offering the luxury, comfort and tranquility needed for relaxation.
The Medical Spa Suites, consist of several rooms, each medical spa suite totaling an area of approximately 50 m2 and including a private bathroom, rooms with multifunctional bathtubs for all types of baths, a massage area, a relaxation area with deck chairs and a TV. The Spa Suites with rare exceptions provide a large variety of treatments for two clients in suite category rooms and at times specifically reserved for clients.
Clients staying in two-room apartments (i.e. the from Carlsbad Suite to Presidential Suite categories) can benefit from the new Spa Suites which are for up to two people staying in these apartments. A third party staying in the apartments (therapeutic program! Medical package with full board and treatment /Medical package with half board and treatment on extra bed) will be treated in the Medical Spa Gallery.

◦ All procedures are provided in one place and guests will no longer have to move from one area to another for treatments.

◦ Procedures are provided during a limited time spent in the Spa Suite and according to the medical condition of the patient, all procedures during a 2.5 hour period of treatment are included.
◦ This new treatment concept allows our guests the opportunity and time to plan further activities in Karlovy Vary and its surroundings, thanks to the consolidation of time whereby procedures are provided simultaneously to two guests per suite. Treatments in the Spa Suites are provided daily from Monday to Friday in two and a half hourly intervals for both clients per suite and at the same time.

The exceptional and luxurious Majestic Medical Suite offers, as the only one in Karlovy Vary, a completely innovative approach to traditional spa treatment. On an area of 209 m2, it combines comfortable accommodation with absolute privacy during treatments, while maintaining the highest standards of spa treatment.
The Majestic Medical Suite is equipped with a multifunctional bathtub for all types of baths and a separate room for massages and other therapeutic procedures. All procedures are provided by our professional staff directly in the apartment, thus guaranteeing guests maximum tranquility and privacy, without leaving the comfort of their suite.
Treatment in the Majestic Medical Suite is provided 5 times per week from Monday to Friday, in the form of a 2.5-hour treatment program, always at the same time for two persons. The number of procedures that can be drawn by guests during this period of time is not limited. The Carlsbad Clinic is an independent luxury medical and wellness center, directly adjacent to the Carlsbad Plaza Hotel. The range of the clinic services is exceptionally wide. After reviewing your state of health using our own laboratory and the diagnostic services of specialized doctors, we can recommend a wide variety of treatment methods. You can use the services of whole-body cryotherapy, traditional and Thai massages, treatment with natural French and Japanese cosmetics for women and men, moor bath or intestinal lavage.
Treatment package includes:
